5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Deposits may be required prior to procurement of equipment.
• Custom-ordered equipment is non-refundable.
• Final payment is due upon completion and prior to vehicle release.
• Late payments may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted under Nevada law.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend work for non-payment.

6. Installation Acceptance & Inspection

Upon project completion:

• Clients must inspect the vehicle prior to delivery.
• Acceptance documentation may be required.
• Any concerns must be reported immediately.
• Post-delivery modifications may incur additional charges.

Failure to inspect and accept in writing may be deemed acceptance of work performed.

7. Warranty Limitations

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

• Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
• The Company warrants workmanship for a limited period as defined in the service contract.
• Warranty does not cover:
o Abuse
o Unauthorized modifications
o Improper maintenance
o Accidents
o Normal wear and tear

Vehicle manufacturer warranties may be affected by modifications. Clients are responsible for verifying OEM warranty implications.

8. Vehicle Upfitting & Regulatory Compliance

Vehicle modifications may require compliance with:

• Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS)
• State DMV regulations
• Local jurisdiction requirements
• Electrical safety codes

Unless expressly agreed in writing, the Company does not assume responsibility for obtaining regulatory approval.

Clients are responsible for ensuring operational compliance within their jurisdiction.

9. Electric Vehicle (EV) & High-Voltage Disclaimer

For electric or hybrid vehicles:

• Modifications may involve proximity to high-voltage systems.
• Improper third-party modification may create safety risks.
• The Company follows professional integration standards but does not assume liability for OEM system failures.

Clients acknowledge that EV systems involve inherent risks.

10. Export Compliance (ITAR / EAR)

Certain products, technologies, or services may be subject to:

• U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
• International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

Clients agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws. The Company reserves the right to refuse service if export compliance concerns arise.

12. Nevada Mechanics Lien Rights

In accordance with Nevada law, the Company may assert a mechanics lien or possessory lien on vehicles for:

• Unpaid labor
• Materials
• Equipment installed

Vehicles may be retained until payment obligations are satisfied.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

• Logos
• Branding
• Technical descriptions
• Vehicle imagery
• Marketing materials

Are the exclusive property of TDIS GROUP LLC or licensed appropriately.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

14. Third-Party Trademarks

References to third-party brands or manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners. Such reference does not imply partnership or endorsement unless explicitly stated.

15. Limitation of Liability
